Sorry
it's been nearly a month since I last posted but the reason is simple
I've done nothing worthwhile, well at least not until this past
Saturday.
I
finally went to see Keukonhoff. For all those who don’t know, it's
a like a massive guardian/forest/thingy that holds million of type of
flowers. I was told early on to visit this, but I wanted to go with a
friend, who just continued to bail on me, so I went alone. That was a
depressing trip let me tell you. Watching everyone have a friend,
brought back memories from highschool *shudder*.
So
I left home around 1pm, and took the tram to the train station where
I caught it to Leiden. Then once there(the ride was only 11 minutes)
I headed the bus. The ticket I bought for Keukonhoff was a combo
ticket, includes admission to the park and the transportation there.
It wasnt a regular bus either, it had wifi,, and extremely comfy
seats!
So
when I get there it was a lot of people, the weather was amazing and
as that was to be the last weekend it was to be open, understandablly
it was full. I had no such money, I never have any at the end of the
month as I only get paid...at the beginning...or the very end...it
depends on how you look at it. So I have to really figure out how the
hell to conserve it. Anywho, I've got a few pictures from there, mostly flowers as thats what I went to see lol.
This picture here I thought was super cool, you couldnt get totally close, but its like a bunch of parrots and color birds..like toucans on it. I thought it was pretty cool me personally.
